    Support then communities keep saying network is not available .
    Remote desk don't work. how do I connect to tech Support?
    Maxfix keep comes up Connect to server failed, never work?

    Make sure your WIFI is on and you are connected to a network. To me Maxifix  eventually connects , but seems so slow to get connected  that it basically is  useless. I Didn't try Remote desk, but think you need to install that component from the Software suite CD on to your PC and have that program on your PC turned on . I never did it .

     Thank for reply Witsend. Sorry for my delay. I think will follow your advised. But I don't feel good, I mean , looks like it is not going to work at all. will get back to you with any change. Thank again, Have a good day.
